Alessandra Costante
Alessandra Costante ha cominciato a collaborare con radio private nella seconda metà degli anni Ottanta e nel 1987 con il Secolo XIX. Nel 1990 è stata assunta dal Decimonono come corrispondente dal ponente savonese e dal 2003, assunta come redattore ordinario, è stata trasferita nella redazione genovese del quotidiano ligure. Si è occupata di cronaca nera, poi ha seguito la Regione e la politica ligure e nazionale. Attualmente è al desk del settore politico. È’ stata per due mandati presidente del Gruppo Cronisti Liguri e dal gennaio 2013 al dicembre 2018 è stata Segretaria dell’Associazione Ligure dei Giornalisti.
È stata nella segreteria della Fnsi per due mandati, dal 2015 al 2019 e dal 2019 al 2023. Fa parte del Consiglio di amministrazione di Casagit in rappresentanza della Fnsi.
Nel febbraio 2023 il XXIX Congresso di Riccione l’ha eletta Segretaria Generale della Federazione Nazionale della Stampa Italiana (FNSI).
Alessandra Costante began working with private radio stations in the second half of the 1980s and with Il Secolo XIX in 1987. In 1990, she was hired by Il Decimonono as a correspondent for western Savona and, in 2003, she was hired as a regular editor and transferred to the Genoa office of the Ligurian daily newspaper. She covered crime news, then followed regional and national politics in Liguria. She is currently on the political desk. She served two terms as president of the Gruppo Cronisti Liguri (Ligurian Reporters’ Group) and from January 2013 to December 2018 she was Secretary of the Associazione Ligure dei Giornalisti (Ligurian Journalists’ Association).
She served on the FNSI secretariat for two terms, from 2015 to 2019 and from 2019 to 2023. She is a member of the Casagit Board of Directors, representing the FNSI.
In February 2023, the 29th Congress in Riccione elected her Secretary General of the Italian National Press Federation (FNSI).
